Copies of W-2s: in the event that you’re Requesting W2s Forms to file an income tax return for the current tax year, requesting a copy from the employer will be the faster way to get it, since the State will not be providing copies until April 16th 2019.
Employers have until January 31 2019 to mail out to employees. You should wait until beginning or mid February 2019 to requested it from your employer if not received.
