Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, selected service, and a brief message. Please do not place tax documents, identification numbers, banking details, or portal credentials in a website inquiry.
How inquiry information is used
Information submitted through the website is intended to help the accounting team review and respond to your request. Website inquiries are sent to info@kettyrobles.com through Cloudflare Email Service. Submission does not create an engagement, establish a filing position, or confirm service availability.
Guided website assistant
The automated guided assistant runs in your browser and offers predefined website navigation choices. It is not a person, does not provide tax advice, and does not send information unless you choose the inquiry option and submit its form.
External scheduling and document services
The appointment page embeds Calendly and also provides a direct Calendly link. Secure document links open the dedicated SmartVault portal. Those services operate under their own privacy and security terms. Review the destination before providing information.
Website operations
Technical request information may be processed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, rate-limit submissions, and protect the form endpoint. The website does not use a third-party AI chatbot.
